Love the spaciousness of our home and the nice fenced in back yard. Irby has been responsive to our issues of needing to move in - in a timely manner. (our lease was ending and had not had much luck finding good accommodations for our babies (see pic). Irby installed new carpet in ALL 4 bedrooms and equipped the baths with fantastic and unique toiletries.

We like the property. Time was an issue and we know that Irby had issues with removing the previous tenants. We also know that the previous tenants damaged the property. We hope and pray that Irby APPRECIATES good, honest and Christian tenants .... we paid Irby our rent early and will continue to ALWAYS pay our rent on time or early .... We like this house ...... We hope for open ears and eyes with our concerns moving forward .....

I will admit we got off on the wrong foot with issues with our rental. Irby has fixed all our issues and recently the maintenance has been on top of everything and fixing things fast and we appreciate it. With the growing business its been nice to have more then one maintenance person so things are able to be done in an timely manner.
